Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items — even if it’s just once.
That said, we’ve got you covered if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • There’s a manufacturer issue within 30 days of purchase

  • We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit

  • In rare cases, we may approve a refund — especially for defective items
